1. Register	Create your account by completing the registration form here.. Once you have an account, you are able to list and edit Open House events you have scheduled. You have complete control over your listing. If price or status changes, you can immediately edit. If you want to change your written description or add/change pictures, you can do so. No more missing deadlines and being unable to make corrections! (All registered agents have access to list and view Brokers Open events. No open house listing is required to utilize this feature.)
2. Add Open House	Add your Open House. You will find that it’s similar to entering a traditional MLS listing. You won’t have as extensive a list of categories to choose from, but you will have the opportunity to add anything you feel is important in your comments. You don’t have to provide directions to the home, because mapping and printable turn-by-turn instructions are automatically available with each listing. Upload up to six pictures, and you’re set!
3. Thats it!	Be prepared - - - to enjoy the experience of hosting an open house and having visitors come because they know the basics of the home, have seen pictures of it, and feel it may be “just what they’re looking for”.
