Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the difference between “Quick” and “Advanced” searches?
In a “Quick Search”, you will select a county to search, and you will see every open house event scheduled for the week. If you choose an
“Advanced Search”, you will be able to see all houses that match the criteria you enter. The “Advanced” category will be specific to your
entries. For instance, if your only concern is the number of bedrooms, and you enter “3”, you will be presented with all the open houses
with 3 or more bedrooms. If you also enter a style of house you wish to visit, you will see only those homes that match that style and
also have 3 or more bedrooms.

2. How much information should I enter if I want an “Advanced” search?
Enter as many requirements as you feel are important to you. You may wish to enter criteria for your absolute “dream home”, and see
if you get a match. If you don’t, start again, and eliminate the item least important to you. You will find a house that may not be “perfect”,
but has qualities that make it very acceptable. Visit it. You may find the lack of a 2-car garage is overcome by a beautiful corner lot!

3. How can I be certain that the information about the house is correct?
Information is entered by the agent hosting the open house. The agent is able to edit the entries, so if a mistake is noted, or circumstances
change, the listing can be updated. Your best bet would be to check the listings again, just before you leave to start your visits.

5. What is the “Dream House Profile”?
It is just that: Your ideal home. After you register, enter the appropriate data. When a home matching your criteria is scheduled
for an open house, you will receive an email informing you the date, time, and listing agent. The agent/host will be notified that
the home matches your “Dream Home”. The agent may then contact you with further information, or, if you’re already working
with another agent, let that person know that you’ve expressed interest in the house. Either way, you will know that your dream
home is ready for you to take a look!
