Frequently Asked Questions for Agents
1. How do I enter a listing?
The process of entering a listing is easy!. After logon, click “Agents” icon on the top left. Complete registration by entering the information
requested. Complete as much as possible, because this information will be displayed in your listing, and give customers a way to contact
you by email or phone, or thru your broker. The listing will also contain a link to your personal website. Once registration is complete,
click on “Go to the Agent Home Page”. When there, click on “Create New Premium Open House Listing” Enter the information (again,
more is better. Buyers will be searching for specific criteria, and if you don’t complete a full listing form, you may not show as a “Match”
for that buyer.) Don’t forget to upload pictures!

5. What is the difference between a Basic and Premium Listing?
The “basic” listing includes just the basics: Address, bath & bed information, name & affiliation of the listing agent, and a brief description with directions to the property. The Premium listing includes much more information about the home, plus unlimited room for comments, up to 6 pictures, mapping with turn by turn directions to the property, and active links to the listing agent’s email and website. In addition, the Premium listings will be the source for matching with buyer’s “Dream House” profile.

6. When can I enter a listing for a weekend OH event?
Listings can be entered beginning the Monday morning prior to the open house, right up to the day of the event. Listings can be edited at any time. We STRONGLY suggest editing for any changes, particularly if your event time has changed or the event has been canceled. We are suggesting that buyers check the listing just before they visit, to avoid wasting time in the event of a major change or cancellation.

10. Do I have to have an active Open House listing to enter a Broker’s Open?
No. The Broker’s Open section is provided free of charge as a courtesy to agents. It will assure that you and
your fellow agents are aware of all the “Opens”. We suggest entering Broker’s as soon as you are sure you’re going to hold
an open. This gives other agents an opportunity to plan an event in the same area, or to avoid hosting an event that is too
far removed from the other Opens scheduled for that day. The listing will expire after the stated time/day for the event.

11. The listing data for a Premium Listing includes a written address as well as a “Map” option. Why?
The address may be one that is easily found, and relying solely on the map may actually be distracting. For buyer’s not
familiar with the area, or wanting turn-by-turn instructions as well as a map overlay, we provide access to a cybermap.
Our goal is to make everything as easy and convenient as possible, and to help drive traffic to your Open House.

The option allows buyers to create a profile of their “Dream House.” The information is stored in our database, and when a
Premium Open House listing matches the profile, the buyer and the listing agent are notified. For a more complete description, go here.
