Whether potential buyers are actively or passively engaged in the search for a home, they all have an image of their “Dream House”. Listing all your open house events as “Premium” listings on openhousedelmarva.com allows you to tap into that dream, and notify them when a match is found.

Here’s how it works: The potential buyer will create a profile of their “Dream House”. The profile is saved, and stored in the database of our site. When a listing agent schedules a premium open house listing in a property that matches the profile, the buyer AND the agent are notified. This will give you the opportunity to contact the buyer, and offer a private showing prior to the open house. If another agent already represents the buyer, you can contact the agent to assure that he/she is aware that you have listed their customer’s Dream House. Either way, you have significantly increased the possibility of creating a successful transaction.

The “Dream House” feature can be particularly rewarding with the “passive” buyer. The passive buyer is one who is considering a move, but only if presented with an ideal property. You might consider them “easy chair” buyers. They aren’t out pounding the bushes, but would get into their car to see a property meeting their demands. This individual will create a profile, and wait for you to match it. When that match is made, you may find yourself with a sale and a listing.
